HOW IT WORKS
Q: Do I have to be home?
A: No, you do not have to be present at time of pickup or delivery. In fact, most of our customers are not. You can simply place your items outside, at a designated place by you, and we will pick up and drop off from there. If you so prefer, and always have someone home, we will be happy to ring the doorbell and hand deliver your items to you, in person.
Q: When are my items picked up and delivered?
A: Based on the pickup and delivery schedule of your neighborhood, you will receive a text the night before. By replying YES to the text, a pickup request will be scheduled for your items the next day.
Q: How do I know when my items are delivered?
A: You will receive a text notification with a total piece count and total amount once your items have been delivered.
GET STARTED TODAY
The Setup
- Click on the Pickup and Delivery tabs and register your account
- Fill in any personal cleaning preferences you have in your registration process
- We will provide a delivery kit to you that includes a personalized bag, a hook for your front door, and a new customer welcome package.
The Pickup
- Place your dry-cleaning bag at your front door or location of your choice (inform us of the location when registering).
- Depending on your neighborhood, we will pick up on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
- If you forget to put your bag out, kindly drop it by any of our ARYA Cleaners locations and we will deliver it back to you on your next scheduled day.
The Delivery
- Be sure to place your delivery hook on your door.
- On your scheduled delivery day, your garments will be delivered in perfect ready to wear condition as our promise to you
- You will receive a text notification once your items have been delivered
